---Storks---

When will you deliver the stork?

We will deliver your stork before mom and baby come home

New Parents are coming home in a few hours, and I need a stork!

We do same-day delivery based upon availability. With short notice, we will try our best, but we cannot guarantee we can make it to your location before mom/baby comes home.

How far in advance can I order my stork?

Babies come when they are ready so there is no way to reserve a stork sign in advance. Call us when the baby is delivered, we will personalize and deliver your stork before mom and baby come home. However, if you have a scheduled birth, you can reserve your stork in advance with no down payment required.

Do I get to keep the bundle?

Yes! We do have personalized coroplast or Sintra plaques that we leave you as a keepsake. Personalized plaques are included and optional. Your privacy is important to us.

When will you deliver/setup my lawn display?

We will deliver/setup your lawn display when you feel it will be the best time to surprise the recipient. Our delivery times range from 6 a.m. Summer and weekends) or 8am (Fall thru Spring) to 8:30 p.m. Unlike other sign companies, we do not deliver in the middle of the night

How long does the Special Occasion lawn display stay up for?

We leave the display up for 24 or 48 hours. Extra days are available based on availability.

I want my display to stay up longer!

If you would like your display up longer, it will cost $25.00 for each extra night based on availability.

I do not live in Lancaster, but I really want a sign display.

We deliver to areas outside of Lancaster County. We charge a delivery fee to set up in areas outside of Lancaster County. The delivery fee will be calculated based on how many miles outside of the Lancaster County line. Keep in mind we need to make two round trips. We deliver to some areas in Chester, Berks, York, and Lebanon counties. Just contact us to see if your in our service area.

What is your refund policy?

On sign rentals, a refund will be given if:

The order is canceled more than 48 hours in advance of the delivery date
We cannot deliver due to inclement weather

Refunds will not be given if:

You have given us the wrong address
If outside elements prevent us from setting up a display (i.e. aggressive dog. blocked street, etc.)
If recipient or resident requests the lawn sign be taken down or prevents us from setting up the sign
If the recipient lives in a gated community or a homeowner’s association and prevents us from set up

How do I Pay?

Payment is due when the order is placed. You can pay over the phone —credit card or online—PayPal. If in-person, we can swipe a credit card or accept cash. Sorry, we do not accept checks.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Bundle Of Joy Greetings will not display signs of a political nature, curse words or any themes that may be offensive.
Please do not move the lawn signs. If you or recipient would like them moved or removed please call us and we will gladly move/pick them up.
Please do not vandalize, take a keepsake, store the signs, or alter the signs.
If a sign is damaged due to you or the recipient moving, vandalizing or mowing around the signs you will be held financially responsible.
Please water your lawn before your sign rental. (If the ground is too hard we will need to hammer in the signs, this is loud and it takes a long time - we might get caught by the recipient =(. It also damages our stakes.)
Please do not mow the lawn when the signs are present.
Sometimes we may feature our displays on the internet. If you do NOT want your display featured on our website or facebook page please let us know. Your privacy is important to us!
Please do not allow children to play around the signs.
We consider it an honor to be asked to share in your birthday celebration. If you take a picture with your surprise display please feel free to tag us #bundleofjoygreetings. we love to see the reactions of our recipients.

Winter Policy We want to bring joy to all of our customers and hate to say NO to birthdays in the winter months. But sometimes the roads can be slippery and the ground can get too hard for our signs to penetrate . Therefore please read our winter policy below.

We do NOT deliver in active snowfall. We will deliver when roads are deemed safe.
During the months of Jan and Feb we will not take advanced orders. Orders should be placed within 7 days of delivery date.
We can not take orders for dates that temperature will fall under 25 degrees.
